Unforeseen accidents can happen, it is therefore extremely important for both Dog Owners and Sitters to be fully aware of what our insurance policy covers. For full details please read here.

Making a claim

To claim reimbursement for medical expenses, please send a copy of all Veterinary receipts and invoices and also provide a Signed Veterinary Report  to help@dogbuddy.com within 3 days of the incident. Once we’ve received these documents, we send them over to our insurance company who process the claim. This can take anywhere between 2 – 12 weeks.

Time is of the essence so the earlier you send through the relevant documents, the sooner we can get to work!

We strive to process claims and make refunds (where applicable) as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific date for when the funds will be reimbursed into an individual’s bank account. We highly appreciate your patience.
